When trying to restore from a full schema dump, I get the
following errors:

I've had a look at the code around those errors, and I think
it's down to the regex being used to load migrations files -
"[0-9]+_.+.(yml|php)" - which will exclude the "full_schema.yml"
file, causing the undefined index warnings. This is happening both
in version 4.0 and the 'trunk' version.
If this could be addressed, I'd be most grateful.
